12th-place showing with World of Outlaws in Hawkeye 100 at Maquoketa Speedway

Joining the World of Outlaws Real American Beer Late Models for one night only in his home state of Iowa, Tyler Bruening checked into a 32-car field at Maquekota (Iowa) Speedway on Saturday for the $20,000-to-win Hawkeye 100.

Laying down the fifth-quickest lap in his qualifying group, Bruening ran second in his heat race which put him on the fourth-row for the 60-lap main event. Tyler went on to finish just outside the Top-10 in 12th.
